In 1988, the Systemteq brand was established in London, UK, focusing on the R&D, production, and service of high-end luxury hotel guest control systems for many years, with multiple projects in London, West Asia, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

In 2005, Beijing Systemteq Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. became the sole designated partner and agent of Systemteq UK in the China region. Addressing the needs of the Chinese mainland market, we developed a series of products that lead internationally in system stability, reaction speed, and precision. The products are widely used in the Chinese market and have won praise from customers for their ultra-high quality.

In 2020, after multiple comprehensive evaluations, Beijing Systemteq acquired the Systemteq brand and appointed the founders and core shareholders of Systemteq UK as agents for Beijing Systemteq in Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Currently, overseas market projects have been implemented.

Systemteq possesses independent intellectual property rights for a full series of software and hardware products. It is a National High-tech Enterprise, a Double-Soft Certified Enterprise, a Technology-based SME, a Provincial Gazelle Enterprise, and a Provincial "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovation" Little Giant Enterprise. The company has established industry-university-research cooperation with multiple universities and is a leading unit of the first batch of provincial industry-university-research alliances.

In 2021, Beijing Systemteq appointed PT. Berkat Inovasi Megah as exclusive agents for Beijing Systemteq in Indonesia.
